Contracts
The Battlement Mesa Service Association is responsible for many services that are provided within the Battlement Mesa Planned Unit Development. Since the BMSA does not have any employees, these services are provided by contractors. All contracts are approved by the BMSA board of directors and managed by the BMSA's Association Manager.
