Purpose:
At the direction of the BMSA Board of Directors monitor and enforce the architectural standards of development and / or modification of improvements on properties in the Battlement Mesa PUD and review covenant regulations.

The BMSA regulations require Architectural Committee approval prior to construction. This is the application which must be used for New Home Construction.

The BMSA regulations require Architectural Committee approval prior to most remodel and/or landscaping projects. This is the application which must be used for Repainting, Landscaping or orther Minior Projects Only.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review all applicable residential construction, landscaping, fences and outbuilding for comploance with the Battlement Mesa architectural standards.

Meeting Schedule:
The Architectural Commitee meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. at the Battlement Mesa Activity Center. The meeting is open to the public.
